摘要:
假牌套牌是车辆严重违法行为,给社会安全与经济秩序带来极大危害. 论文总结了假牌套牌车辆检测的约束条件,在此基础上提出了一种智能检测方法,为此类车辆违法行为检测提供技术支持. 即:同时满足以下3个约束条件即为合法车辆:(1)信息一致性;(2)案底清白性;(3)逻辑一致性. 在此基础上,利用交通卡口数据及基础地理信息库,逐一对约束条件进行检测,进而实现多约束的智能检测方法. 论文开发了原型系统,验证了该方法的有效性.
Abstract:
Fake license plate can bring great harm to social security and economy. Firstly the characteristics of fake license plate are summarized in this paper. Then on the basis of analysis of the characteristics,an intelligent detection method is proposed to provide a technical support to check the suspicion of the license plate,i. e. The vehicles with the following three constraints are legal:(1)information consistency detection,(2)rap sheet check,and(3)logical consistency check.It is based on road network and time thresholddetermined by different times and different places,and then according to the time difference of the presence of vehicles in different bayonets to determine the rationality of the vehicle. Finally a prototype system is developed to verify the effectiveness of the method in this paper.
