摘要:
从永磁同步电机结构特点出发,分析了传统直接转矩控制定子磁链和转矩双闭环控制结构下的不解耦特性,指出传统双环控制结构并不是转矩控制的最佳结构,提出一种永磁同步电机无磁链闭环直接转矩控制方法. 无磁链环直接转矩控制方法直接以转矩为优先控制目标,不再考虑控制定子磁链幅值恒定的要求,以实现对永磁同步电机转矩既快又准确的控制,简化了永磁同步电机的控制结构,实验验证了该方法的正确性和可行性.
Abstract:
Considering the structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the paper analyzes the non-decoupling characteristics of traditional direct torque control(DTC)stator flux and torque double closed-loop control structure,and points out that the traditional double-loop control structure is not the best structure of torque control. Then,this paper presents a PMSM without flux linkage loop DTC method,which directly takes torque as the priority control target,no longer considers the control stator flux amplitude constant requirement,in order to achieve fast and accurate PMSM torque control. Simulation and the experimental results verify without flux linkage loop DTC method correct and feasible.
