摘要:
研究同时提取虎杖中虎杖苷和白藜芦醇的最佳工艺. 采用正交设计法优选提取分离条件,借助HPLC法测定虎杖苷和白藜芦醇的含量. 以乙醇为提取溶剂,超声波辅助提取,最优条件为:80%乙醇,料液比为1:20,提取温度为60 ℃,提取时间为40 min,虎杖苷和白藜芦醇的提取含量分别为2.42%和0.41%. 研究结果表明,所选工艺稳定性好,操作简单.
Abstract:
The optimum technology of simultaneously extracting polygonin and resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum is studied. Orthogonal design method is used to optimize the extraction and separation conditions,and HPLC method is used to determine their contents. The ethanol as extraction solvent,ultrasonic assisted extraction,the optimum condition is 80% ethanol,and solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,extraction temperature of 60 ℃,extracting time for 40 min,giant knotweed glycosides and the extraction of resveratrol content of 2.42% and 0.41% respectively. A conclusion is conducted that the selected process is good in stability, and simple in operation.
