摘要:
软体机器人主要是由柔性材料制成,它模仿了软体生物如章鱼、蛇、蠕虫等. 由于软体机器人能够任意改变自身的形状与尺寸,其在医疗、野外勘探、物品抓持等方面具有广泛的应用前景. 3D打印作为一种新兴的制造方法,其与软体机器人的结合近年来发展迅速. 首先,介绍典型的3D打印技术及其在软体机器人主体结构制造方面的应用. 然后,讨论软体机器人各类传感器的3D打印研究近况. 最后,总结现有技术的不足之处并探讨该领域的未来发展方向.
Abstract:
Soft robots are mainly made of flexible materials,which imitate soft creatures that are common in nature,such as octopuses,snakes and worms. Since the soft robot can arbitrarily change its shape and size,it has extremely broad application prospects in medical treatment,filed exploration and object grasping. As an emerging manufacturing method,3D Printing has become widely used in the areas of soft robots in the recent years. This article firstly introduces the typical 3D printing technologies and their applications in the construction of soft robots,and then focuses on the latest developments in the research of 3D printing for various sensors of soft robots. Finally,it summarizes the shortcomings of the existing 3D printing soft robots and sensors,and discusses the future development directions in this field.
