摘要:
通过焦磷酸与三聚氰胺在溶剂中直接作用合成了膨胀型阻燃剂焦磷酸三聚氰胺 .确定了最佳的合成工艺条件 ,反应温度为 5~ 15℃ ,反应时间为 2 5h ,原料物质量之比为 2 1:1,母液循环套用 3次 .通过磷钼酸铵沉淀法测定 ,产品中的磷含量为14 0 %.使用TGA7型热重分析仪对该产品进行热失重分析 ,其起始分解温度 3 0 0℃ .
Abstract:
The intumescent flame retardant melamine pyrophosphate was prepared by melamine and pyrophosphoric acid in sol vent. The optimum conditions for preparation were determined as follows: temperature: 5~ 15 ℃ , time: 2.5 h, material mole ratio: 2. 1: 1, the mother solution could be recycled 3 times. The P content was analyzed by ammonium molybdophosphate ( AMP) precipitation method, the result was 14. 0%. The decomposition temperature was about 300℃ by the thermogravimetric analysis.
