摘要:
针对由新型的磁流变阻尼器驱动的智能车辆悬挂设计要求,提出了一种基于天棚阻尼律实现不对称阻尼特性的半主动控制方案,能有效地抑制驱动电流的“开-关”冲击特性和磁流变阻尼器滞环特性产生的不良影响.将该控制器与四分之一车辆模型相结合,在变幅度谐波、平滑脉冲和随机信号激励下,对该半主动控制器的性能进行了仿真分析,并通过设计的硬件在环测试系统进行了系统的实验研究.结果验证了所提出的智能车辆悬挂设计能理想地实现车辆驾乘舒适性、与路面可靠接触、悬挂空间等多目标悬挂性能,以及对簧载质量变化的鲁棒特性.
Abstract:
A m odified skyhook-based sem -i active contro ller is proposed for imp lem enting an asymm etric con tro l suspens ion design w ith symm e tric MR dam pers. The contro ller has po tentia l to e ffective ly m in im ize the sw itching and hysteretic e ffects from the sem -i active contro l and theMR-dam per. The proposed contro ller is constructed w ith the qua rter-v eh ic leMR- suspens ion m ode,l and its re lative response characteristics are thus eva luated in term s of defined performancem easures under vary ing am plitude harm on ic, rounded pulse and random ex citations. The sens itiv ity o f the sem -i active suspension perform ance to variations in controller pa rame ters is further evaluated. The results illustrate that the proposed skyhook-based asymm e tric sem -i activeMR-suspension has super io r robustness on the contro ller param ete r var ia tions, and can ach ieve des irablem ult-i body suspension performances
