摘要:
研究了真空冷冻干燥(FD)、热风干燥(AD)、热风-真空冷冻联合干燥(AFD)3种干燥方式对图书经水溶液法脱酸并干燥后,纸张的白度、色泽、抗张强度等品质的影响. 结果表明FD在图书外观保持、纸张抗张强度、色泽方面优于AD、AFD,但FD能耗最大、所需干燥时间最长; AD的干燥效果最差,但干燥时间最短; AFD在耐折度保持方面优于FD、AD,能耗及其他指标介于FD和AD之间,是一种值得继续深入研究的干燥工艺.
Abstract:
Vacuum freezing drying(FD),hot air drying(AD)and a combined drying,using hot air drying in the initial phase and vacuum freezing drying in the final phase(AFD)for wet books after aquatic deacidification are compared in terms of drying time,drying energy,brightness,color,tensile strength,tearing strength,folding strength and sensory evaluation in the paper. The results showed that FD is the best choice in terms of the tensile strength,color and shape of books while FD costs the longest drying time and the largest drying energy. The drying quality of AD is the worst among the three methods while it costs the shortest drying time. The drying quality of AFD is between AD and FD. Considering the drying time and drying quality,AFD is worth further studying for wet books.
