Abstract:
The application of dust remo val system w ith PID contr ol is intr oduced in this paper , w hich is based on the Lamber t Beer s Law . The o ptimum rang e o f parameters is fo und by computer simulation and all its paramenter s can be r egulated on line dur ing the operat ion to achiev e the best contr ol r esults. T his technique has been used in dust remo val contr ol system o f the rubber mix ing plant and the kneading plant.
