Abstract:
In this paper,the crude polysaccharide is obtained from Lactarius volemus Fr. by the hot water extraction assisted by ultrasonic disruption,alcohol precipitation and Sevage deproteinization method. The antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Lactarius volemus Fr.(RPLV),polysaccharide from White Hypsizigus marmoreus(RPHM)and polysaccharide from Pleurotus cornucopiae(RPPC)against hydroxyl radical(·OH),superoxide anion radical(·O-2),DPPH radical and reducing power is evaluated by comparison in vitro experiments. The results show that the sugar content and protein content of RPLV are 66.44% and 3.57%; RPLV,RPHM,and RPPC can scavenge ·OH,·O-2,DPPH radicals,enhance reducing power,and with the increase of concentration,the antioxidant activity from strong to weak is RPPC,RPHM,RPLV.The results show that the three polysaccharides from edible mushrooms especially RPPC are expected to develop good natural antioxidants.
