Abstract:
A sim plem e thod for dete rm ining py idaben residues in fru its w ith RP-HPLC is developed. The ch rom a tog raph ic cond itions are as fo llow s: YMC-pack ODS ( 4. 6mm .i d × 150 mm co lum n, 5 μm ) , V ( m ethano l) :V ( H2O) = 85.15 m ob ile phase and UV de tector at 240 nm. The calibration curve is linear in the rang e o f 0.51 m g /L~ 5. 12 m g /L py idaben ( r = 0.999 8 ). The recover ies o f py idaben are between 93. 71% ~ 98.89%, and its RSD is 2. 57%. The conven ient, accurate and sensitive m ethod is particu larly su itab le fo r dete rm in ing py idaben in fruits.
