Abstract:
That the m ap show s effic iency has a lw ay s been the co re issue o f em bedded GIS system. On the one hand, embedded systems processors have low perform ance and low m em ory capac ity. On the o ther hand, G IS has large data vo lum e and com plex ity in ca lcu la tion. A im ing at th is pair o f outstand ing contrad ictions, the paper proposed a new org anizationa lm ode l and G IS data access m echan ism, in the I /O phase, from the log ical and physical leve ls, tom in im ize redundant data on the read ing and processing, and secure the rap id display of the m ap.
