Abstract:
I t is discussed t hat the co gnitive science and int ellig ent techno lo gy w ill becom e centr ic science & techno log y in the seco nd half o f the 21st centur y and the int ellig entify is a dev elo ping tr end for info rmat ion science & t echnolo gy and differ ent branches o f nat ional eco nomy . The rea so ns is analyzed w hy the intelligent computer has no t been built and the definition, classification and char acteristics of intellig ent system a re given. On the abov e bases, the developing thr eads and str ateg y for t he intelligentify of mechanical eng ineering in our country is pro po sed.
