Abstract:
5-Am ino-1, 2, 3-th iad iazo les can be composed through a ser ies o f reactions o f d iethy l carboxy late, hydra- zine hydra te and chloroace taldehyde. The syn thetic conditions o f each step are optim a lized- the 4 step m e thod o f in- term ediate 5-ch lo ro-1, 2, 3-th iad iazo le is sho rtened to a 3 step m ethod, and steam distillation is improv ed. The pur ity reached 99% ( by GC ). The product 5-am ino-1, 2, 3-th iad iazo les can be obta ined from chloroform - ethyl a lcoho l ( V /V ) = 4-1, m p: 138~ 139℃ , the ove ry ie ld is about 40%.
