Abstract:
In th is paper, the impacts of the characteristics o f the pow er supply on the remova l o fNOx under the d ie lectr ic barrier d ischarge a re inv estig ated by chem ical k inetic simu la tion theoretica lly. The reaction ra te constant of the ion ization o f N2、O2 and O by e lec tron- im pact d issoc ia tion is obta ined by the co llision cross section me thod. The concentrations o f ac tive ions, atom s, free rad ica ls and NO byproducts are predicted according to the resident tim e in p lasm a reac to r. The simu la tion resu lts show that the kineticm ode l reflects the gene ra tion o f the various active radicals proper ly. The impact o f the characteristic of the powe r supply on NOx rem ova l is obv ious. Increasing the pos itive pulse tim e and the frequency o f pu lsed discha rge w ill improve the remova l o fNO. Th is w ork w ill play an institutive role in optim iz ing theNO pur ification dev ice.
