Abstract:
Using ZrOC l2 8H2O as them ain raw m ater ia,l w ith the added 3% o f Y2O3 as stabilizing agent, the nanome ter- size ZrO2 pow derwas prepared by the co-prec ip itation m ethods. TheZrO2powderw ere ca lcinated a t 200℃ , 400℃ , 600℃ , 800℃ and 900℃ , respectively to study the influence of tem pera ture on phase com po sition, gra in size, spec ific surface area and d istribution cha racte ristics; then the ZrO2 powderwas d ispersed at var ious tim e to observe the agg lom era ted states. It was found that severa l phase transfo rm ation took placew hen heated from 200℃ to 900℃ . A t 400℃ , the ZrO2 powder transfo rm ed from am orphous to tetragona;l A t 800℃ , monoclin ic phase was found. As the temperature r ising, the gra in size of ZrO2 powder increased, and the spec ific surface a rea decreased. M ore d ispersing tim em ade the agg lom erated substance decreasing and the partic lew e l-l distributed
