摘要:
介绍了食品行业使用的异型切刀的刃口自动成形加工机床及其数控系统的研制开发,研究了切刀刃口数学描述方法及控制软件框图和自动成形加工机床的机构组成,以固高GT-400-SV-PCI多轴运动控制器为硬件平台,开发了异型切刀的刃口加工控制软件.
Abstract:
The development of shaped blade forming machine for the food industry and the automatic control system was introduced in this paper. The mathematical description method of the cutter blade,the diagram of the control software and the composition of the automatic forming machine were studied. The paper also designed the control software of shaped blade forming machine based on googol GT-400-SV-PCI multi-axis motion controller.
