摘要:
三维打印成型中常用的STL模型的数据描述通常与CAD模型及其原型间存在一定程度的误差.为了获得较好的三维打印效果,提出了一种基于NURBS样条曲线局部轮廓拟合重构技术,并利用自研的三维打印设备进行成型验证,证明了方法的可行性,获得了具有更好平滑度和更高精度的成型件.
Abstract:
Compared with the CAD model and the prototype,there are a certain degree of errors in STL files,which are generally used for the description of model date in 3D printing.In order to get a better three-dimensional printing effect,this paper suggests a profile reconstruction technique based on the NURBS curve fitting,and uses the self-development printer to do molding authentication,which gets the prototype with better smoothness and higher accuracy.
