摘要:
三维打印成型技术是集机械、自动控制、精密控制、计算机技术等为一体的先进制造技术.在对研制的彩色三维打印成型系统的结构及工作流程的基础上,进行了控制系统的总体设计,研究了基于TR IO运动控制卡的多轴协调运动规划、上千个微细喷嘴的数字化喷墨控制方式、喷墨控制主板及副板的设计方法等.该控制系统能把数据处理软件传来的每层彩色图像采用"按需喷墨"的喷射方式控制微细喷嘴的开、关,从而实现彩色成型件的快速制作.
Abstract:
Three-dim ensiona l Printing( 3DP) techno logy, wh ich integ ra tesm echanics, autom atic con tro ,l prec ision contro, l and computer sc ience, is one o f the advanced m anufacturing techno log ies. Based on the introduction o f fram ew ork and wo rk flow o f co lor 3DP sy stem, contro l sy stem is designed. Mu lt-i axes m otion con tro l of TRIO card, thousandsm -i c ro-no zzles contro l m ethods, m a inboard and subboard of nozzles contro l are developed. The contro l system, which can conv ert co lor slices from data process softw are into nozzles on-o ff as drop-on-dem and, was applied into 3DP apparatus to qu ick ly bu ild co lor proto types.
