摘要:
分析了 2 0~ 15 0℃低温热管的工作液体和吸液芯结构的选择 .对于多层组合型丝网吸液芯 ,热管内毛细压力差应以吸液芯外层细孔丝网的当量半径计算 ,接触角宜采用 60° ,因为计算值比实验值高 ,所以设计值还需要乘以 2 / 3的修正系数 ;组合型丝网吸液芯内的凝结液流动阻力可以用内层粗孔丝网的渗透率和流通面积计算 ;丝网吸液芯低温热管设计中毛细极限是首要考虑的传热极限
Abstract:
This paper discusses the selection about the working liquid and the wick structure in the heat pipe design. The composite wick capillary head should be calculated by using the equivalent diameter of the fine screens of the outer layer , and the effective radius of the screen wicks was related to the screen structure , with the calculated capillary head 1/ 3 higher than the experimental result. The contact angel should be set at 60°in the design. On analysis , the conclusion has been drawn that the flow resistance in the wicks should be calculated by taking into account the permeability and the flow section area of the inner layer screens. The capillary limit is the vital factor that should be emphasized in the heat pipe design.
