摘要:
通过对BA 10 3裂解炉进行的性能测试 ,了解该炉改造后的效果 .测试结果说明 ,裂解炉炉内烟气温度、炉墙内外壁温度、炉管管壁温度分布符合设计要求 .散热损失较小 ,说明炉墙保温层设计、安装合理 ;排烟热损失较大是因为过剩空气系数偏大和排烟温度较高 .该炉的实测热效率超过设计要求 .裂解炉的改造达到了节能降耗、增加产出的预期目的 .
Abstract:
According to the performance tests in BA- 103 cracking still, the effect of the transformed stove has been gained. The tests have shown that in the cracking still, the temperature distribution in the gas and the wall setting as well as the cracking tubes can meet the design requirements. The loss of heat dissipating is smaller, indicating the insulating layer design of the stove wall and the installation have been properly made; the thermal loss of the exhaust gas is more because the excess air coefficient is big and the gas temperature is higher. The thermal efficiency of this stove satisfies the design requirement, and the transformation of the cracking still has achieved the purpose in saving energy, reducing consumption and increasing the output.
