摘要:
利用携带流反应装置,研究了煤粉在高温烟气环境中热解时的质量损失和C、H、N元素释放特性,采用扫描电镜和氮吸附方法观测了煤焦的显微结构、比表面积和总孔容积.结果表明,随着煤阶的降低,其煤焦比表面积和总孔容均升高,小龙潭褐煤增加最多,六枝贫煤增加最少;随着煤粉初始挥发分含量的增加和热解烟气温度升高,煤的质量损失增加,烟气气氛对煤粉质量损失份额影响较小;在实验条件下,煤中C、N析出份额与煤的质量损失份额基本相同,H释放份额远大于C、N和煤质量损失,达80%以上.
Abstract:
Rap id py ro lys is of five k inds of Chinese pu lver ized coa ls under the d ifferent cond itions o f coa l reburn ing w as system atically investigated in an entra ined flow reac to r ( EFR). Them ass loss o f coa l particles and re lease of C, H, N in coal at high temperature flue gas are m easured, and the mo rpho log ica l changes of chars form ed from the devo latilized co al pa rtic les are observed by scann ing electron m icro scope ( SEM ) and physica l adsorption of nitrogen. The results indicated that the surface areas and tota l pore vo lum e o f chars produced at high tem perature inc rease w ith the decreasing of coal rank, them ass loss o f coa l inc reases w ith the inc reased in itial vo latilem atter o f pulver ized coa l and pyro lysis tem pe ra ture. H ydrog en release fraction is m arked ly large r than them ass lo ss of coa l and re lease fraction of C, N, and reaches above 80%.
