摘要:
研究了MBR、CBR和RBR方法在工艺求解方面的优缺点,提出主特征完全匹配和基于最近邻相似度的从特征CBR工艺求解方法.设计了基于元规则语义网络RBR工艺求解方法.分析了元规则的生成及网络运行方法.运用CBR与RBR相结合的混合推理模式,弥补单一工艺求解方法性能不足问题,并在焊接工艺计算机辅助设计软件系统中成功应用.
Abstract:
Them er its and dem er its o fMBR, CBR and RBR we re researched from the aspect o f pro cess so lution. The fram ework o fWCAPP w as constructed. An approach o f CBR process solution comb ination prim a ry feature m atching entire ly w ith secondary fea ture based on nearest ne ighbor s im ilar ityw as proposed. RBR process so lution based on m eta- rule sem antic netw ork w as designed. Them eta- ru le genera tion and m ethod o f ne tw ork runn ing were analyzed. The pe rfo rmance deficiency of sing le process so lution w as made up by synerge tic reason ingm odew ith CBR and RBR. This reasoning m ode was successfu lly applied inWCAPP.
