摘要:
以含盐染料废水为研究对象,应用商业化的卷式膜组件,研究了纳滤膜对染料和盐的截留特性.实验结果表明,纳滤膜对染料的截留率高达99%以上.当染料分子量高于膜截留分子量时,染料初始浓度和染料品种对染料截留率的影响甚小,盐浓度对染料截留也无明显影响,但对NaCl截留率影响显著.随料液中NaCl浓度的增加,盐截留率快速下降,当盐浓度达到3.5%时,NaCl的截留率低于25%.纳滤膜对染料的高截留率和对NaCl的低截留率,使得应用纳滤技术从含盐染料废水中回收染料具有较好的经济性和可行性.
Abstract:
Th is paperm ade sa lt dyew astew ater as a study ob ject, applied the comme rc ial vo lum emodu le, studied inter  ception character istics of the Nanofiltration for dyes and sa lt. The resu lt of the exper im ent showed tha t theNano filtration had an interception rate o fm ore than 99% to the dye. When them olecu larw eight o f the dyew as b igge r than them o lecu larw e ight o f the film in terception, the in itia l concentrations of dye and the va rieties o f the dye had very little influence on the interception rate o f the dye, the concentration o f sa lt also had little influence on the interception rate o f the dye but a m arked influence on the inte rception rate o fNaC .l As the concentration o fN aC l grew in the liquor, the interception rate o f sa lt decreased qu ickly. W hen the concentration o f sa lt dropped to 3.5%, the interception rate of NaC l w as be low 25%. The high inte rception rate of Nanofiltration to dye and low in terception ra te to NaC l m ake it m ore econom y and feasib ility in recyc ling dye from sa lt dye wastewa ter
