摘要:
介绍了基于STC单片机焊接摆动器控制系统的设计,包括电源模块、单片机控制模块、直流电机脉宽调制(PWM)调速模块、红外线二极管检测与放大电路模块、人机交互模块等系统硬件设计,以及用C语言实现的系统软件设计.该系统能够控制焊枪以特定的预置参数进行摆动并配合一台小车进行流水线操作,从而达到自动焊接过程中的特殊要求.通过现场运行,系统稳定,可靠性高,满足工业现场要求.
Abstract:
Th is paper introduces a design o f contro l sy stem o fw e ld ing oscillator on the basis of STC sing le ch ip. It does not only inc lude system hardwa re design consisting o f pow er m odule, sing le-chip contro l m odule, m odu le of DC m otor speed regulation sy stem of PulseW idthM odulation ( PWM ), modu le of infrared d iode detection and amp lifier c ircu it, and modu le of hum an-com puter interaction, but also so ftware design ach ieved by C. The system is ab le to contro l the w elding torch that sw ings w ith the spec ific preset param eters and operates w ith a trolley on the pipe line in o rder to achieve the special requ irements o f the autom aticw e lding process. Through on-site opera tion, the sy stem is stab le, high re liable and m eets the dem ands o f industrial fie ld.
