摘要:
新提出一种新型的光触发同步扫描方案,巧妙利用接收端主动发出同步光脉冲实现了电气独立的收发双方时序的严格同步.解决相邻光路互相串扰问题,红外收发双方时序须严格同步.传统安全光幕装置一般采用电信号同步方式工作,不适合收发距离远、布线困难等场合应用.详细介绍了系统电路结构,分析了光触发同步以及收发双方光路扫描识别的原理.该系统经过实际的软硬件检测,能够可靠地工作,并已开始进入工业应用.
Abstract:
A new scheme based on synchronous-scanning is presented.It uses the receiver to send synchronous optical pulse and achieve the timing synchronization between the sending and receiving sides.The paper introduces in detail the circuit structure of the system,and analyses the principle of light trigger synchronization and scanning identification of optical path.Thereafter the actual detection,the system can work reliably,and has begun to enter the industrial applications.
