摘要:
在原有轴承压入机的基础上,利用伺服技术,结合可编程控制器(PLC)控制,研究和开发了一种新型轴承压入机系统.系统采用闭环控制,利用PLC的高速计数脉冲控制伺服系统,通过触摸屏设定和调整参数,实现丝杆的精确定位.实验证明,该款轴承压入机具有性能稳定、精度高、误差小、工作可靠、调节方便、生产噪声低等优点.
Abstract:
This paper,based on the theory of original bearing pressing machine,studies and develops a new kind of bearing pressing machine through utilizing the mature servo technology and PLC.The whole system adopts the closed-loop control.The accurate positioning and location display of the screw rod are achieved by employing high-speed counting pulse control of PLC servo system and by setting touch screen and adjusting parameters.The experiments show that the new bearing pressing machine has the advantages as stable performance,high precision,small error,reliable operation,convenient adjustment,intuitive display,low noise aroused in the production and so on.
