摘要:
根据道路的实际交通情况采用动态模糊逻辑，不仅能够表达道路交通模糊信息，更能描述交通车辆增多、减少等动态性变化趋势. 针对当代智能交通系统的动态模糊性，给出了道路交通信息的动态模糊集表示，并根据实际情况建立了隶属度函数，创建了交通控制规则库，给出了动态模糊逻辑推理过程. 为智能交通控制领域提出了新的处理途径和方式，提高了道路交通信息预测的准确度.
Abstract:
Not only can we express fuzzy traffic information，but also can we describe dynamic information and trend of traffic by dynamic fuzzy logic（DFL）according to the real traffic conditions. Dynamic fuzzy set is used to express the dynamic fuzzy information of Intelligent Transportation System，selection of membership degree function，establishment of traffic control rule database and reasoning process of dynamic fuzzy logic are raised at the same time. New ways of Intelligent Transportation field are raised to enhance the accuracy of traffic information forecast.
