摘要:
将传统机械锁芯和一线制电子地址芯片相结合,基于PIC微功耗单片机和433 MHz无线发射技术,设计了一种一体化智能锁芯,集成了普通机械锁与电子锁的功能,实现了现场报警与远程报警的结合.介绍了智能锁芯的机械控制、单片机控制及一线制钥匙的密钥管理原理,并给出了系统硬件结构框图和软件流程.实验证明,锁芯系统电池工作电压宽,功耗小,稳定可靠,可以集成到门把手中的智能锁芯和普通机械锁芯外形结构完全一致,方便实现对普通机械锁芯的升级.
Abstract:
Combining the traditional mechanical lock cylinder with 1-wire electronic address chip,and based on the technologies of PIC microcontroller and 433 MHz wireless transmission,the paper introduces a composite design of smart lock cylinder,which integrates the benefits of the mechanical lock with digital system,and realize on-site and remote alarms.The principles of the mechanical structure,digital control method and 1-wire bus based cryptographical management of the smart lock cylinder are introduced,and the hardware frame and software flowchart of the system are also provided.The experiments prove that the lock cylinder can work in a wide operating voltage range with improved reliability,and that due to the same appearance and dimension of the traditional mechanical lock cylinder,the smart lock cylinder can be installed into lock handle easily to complete cylinder upgrade.
