摘要:
以五氧化二磷、甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)、乙二醇为原料,乙醇为调节剂,辛酸亚锡为催化剂,制备了一种低聚有机膦酸酯阻燃剂.讨论了影响反应的主要因素,用红外光谱分析了该阻燃剂的结构.确定优化的反应条件为:n(DMMP)∶n(P2O5)为1.5∶1,反应温度80~90℃,反应时间2~4 h,产率达到93.8%.反应过程中加入无水乙醇,能使产品的颜色及黏度得到很好的控制.
Abstract:
A k ind of low-po lym er ic org an ic phosphate flam e retardantw as synthesized by a mod ified preparation using P2O5, dim e thy lm ethy l phosphonate ( DMM P) and ethy lene g lyco l as precursors, and stannous o ctoate as cata lyst. IR technique w as used to characterize its chem ical structu re. Exam ining the reaction cond itions showed that when n( DMMP) Bn( P2O5 ) = 1:5:1, reaction tem pe ra ture keeping at 80~ 90℃, reaction tim e keep ing at 2~ 4 h. Unde r the abov e cond itions, synthetic productiv ity can reach 93.8%. The co lor and v isco sity of the product can be w ell contro lled by adding e thano l to the rehospha te, flam action.
