摘要:
采用表观碳数差ΔC测量了自制的溶胶-凝胶毛细管气相色谱柱的极性.测定结果表明极性的与非极性的色谱柱经过长时间使用后,在不同的温度下固定相的极性不变,这就保证了在不同温度下溶胶-凝胶毛细管气相色谱柱上的出峰顺序不变.
Abstract:
The po lar ity o f the se l-f m ade so-l ge l capillary co lum ns forGC w asm easured by the d ifference in apparent carbon num ber o f a lcoho ls and a lkanes. The resu lt show ed tha t the po la rity of the polar and nonpo lar so-l ge l columns kept steady at different temperatures a fter long- term usage, wh ich m eans that the e lution o rder o f com pounds on these co lum ns rem ained the sam e a t d iffe rent temperatures.
