摘要:
介绍了硝基氯苯3种同分异构体的性质、用途及生产现状,分析了混合硝基氯苯分离的难点,对目前已有的分离方法进行了总结,指出了各种分离方法的优点和不足.提出了侧线精馏-萃取精馏-结晶相结合的新型集成精馏分离混合硝基氯苯的工艺路线.通过Aspen plus模拟软件对侧线精馏过程进行了模拟计算,并与传统过程进行了比较,结果表明:侧线精馏在产品纯度、得率等方面与传统过程基本相当,在设备投资上比传统工艺降低一半,同时能耗也明显下降.
Abstract:
The na ture, purpose and production status of the three k inds of n itro ch lorobenzene isom ers w ere summ ar ized in this paper. M ethods o f separatingm ix ed n itroch lo robenzene we re rev iewed and ana ly zed. A new integrated techno logy inc luding lateral line d istillation- ex traction distillation-crysta llization was raised for sepa rating m ix ed nitrochlo robenzene. The latera l line distillation process was sim ulated by A spen plus simu la tion so ftwa re. The result show s that latera l line d istilla tion process is better than traditiona l d istilla tion process.
